Thank you for choosing Artifex AI. We strive to provide premium AI image generation and creative workflows. Because generative AI processing consumes cloud GPU resources instantly, this policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
2. Credit Packs Refund Terms
- 7-Day Unused Guarantee: If you have purchased a credits pack and have not used any credits from that order, you may request a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Non-refundable Used Credits: Once credits are consumed to invoke cloud inference pipelines, the associated server costs cannot be reclaimed and are non-refundable.
- Technical Failures: If credits were deducted due to a platform outage or failed generation without delivering images, our system will automatically restore the credits, or you can contact support for immediate reimbursement.
3. Subscriptions & Cancellations
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through your billing portal. Your VIP benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further renewal charges will occur.
