Artifex AI operates an advanced generative design platform featuring multi-modal AI studios, multi-reference textile craft transfer, e-commerce campaign suite generation, multi-view consistency synthesis, and multi-agent workflow harnesses. We reserve the right to upgrade or modify features with reasonable notice when feasible.
3. User Ownership & Commercial Rights
Ownership of Generated Assets: As between you and Artifex AI, you own all rights, title, and interest in and to the visual images, designs, and content generated by you using the Service ("Generated Content").
Commercial Usage: You are granted the full right to utilize your Generated Content for commercial purposes, including marketing campaigns, e-commerce storefronts, retail production, packaging, and digital media, without royalty obligations to Artifex AI.
4. Acceptable Use & Non-Infringement
You agree not to generate, distribute, or promote content that:
- Infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights;
- Depicts non-consensual sexual material, violence, or hate speech;
- Misrepresents or impersonates authentic brands in violation of advertising standards;
- Violates Google Ads policies or any applicable local or international law.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL ARTIFEX AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
